Abstract

Despite the Common state of the military conflict and the destructive wars  between the Sasanian and  the Byzantine, ther were periods of  peace because of holdiny  peace treates between  them , There peace treaties varied in ther  clauses and results  according to the scale of power .The peace treaties included general  purports(Political ,Military , Economic , and Religious ) .We find that most studies concented on the military and the political aspects whereveas the economic aspect  was one of the most important aspects of the conflict so it reflected on the clauses  and the of peace treaties between them . So in    this search We emphasis on disclosing and explainry the economic purport in the peace treaties and its reflections on the region .Ther was a notation of twelve peace treaties   between the Sasanian and Byzantine and the economic was the highlight cn these treaties .
