Abstract
The goal of all peoples is to uphold the principles of legality, to uphold the provisions of the Constitution in the various legal and political systems, and to aspire to a democratic life in which individuals enjoy freedom under impeccable laws that disturb individuals, enjoy their freedoms, impose upon them what is undemocratic, To enjoy the privileges of freedoms and rights enshrined in the constitutional document, if this is the goal of all peoples must be a means to achieve this end, and the most important of these means, which is an important and effective guarantee to uphold the provisions of the Constitution is the judicial control of the constitutionality of laws.
