Abstract

The research deals with the most important political and military figures and their role in the internal developments in Iraq during the reign of Abdul Karim Qasim 1958-1963, and was referred to those figures who played an active role in the coup d'état of July 14, 1958 against the monarchy in Iraq and occupied important positions in the new government, Even after the fall of the rule of Abdul Karim Qasim, these figures played an important role and held important positions during the reign of Abdul Salam Aref after the coup of February 8 and November 18, 1963.
