Abstract

The present research (Dimensions of the media function of the sculptures of the civilization of Babylon) through the multimedia functions, the research contains four chapters, the first of which is concerned with the problem of research, which was determined by answering the following questions:

What are the dimensions of the media function of the sculptures of Babylon civilization?

The second chapter included the theoretical framework. The theoretical framework contained two topics, the first of which dealt with the dimensions of the media function (its concept and components).

The second section deals with the functional data of Babylonian art in general with examples of ancient Iraqi sculpture.

The third chapter contains the research procedures, which included the research community and may be from (20) sculptures, (3) of which were selected selectively as a sample of the research community.
