       Traffic accidents are considered the most problem that humanitarian societies suffer from due to the huge effect on human's life and his properties، in addition to its effect upon the national economy، the more vehicles in the different roads the more increasing of this problem magnitude، so immediate presence of traffic police man in the area of accident is so important to be a witness of the accident، so he should be professional and know how to draw their schemes so he should be professional and know how to draw their schemes، drawing such accidents is so important to show facts of the accident and to determine the causers in that accident، because of that schemes are relied on in the court procedures to take a fair verdict.
