The Dialectic of the Classic and Modernist in Modern Arabic Critical Discourse: Poetry and Poets Book of Ibn Qutaiba as Sample

Abstract

This research is a modest attempt to reveal the follow –up of modern Arabic critical discourse of the classical and modernist dialectic in the poetry and poets book of  Ibn Qutayba Al-Dinuri. It pursues these reading and approach  to reach a conscious  reading to comperehend the fabric of  the traditional text, and simulate its threads. This research adds to the series of critical issues addressed by modernist researchers in the midst of their reading of the critical heritage of Ibn Qutaiba.

The research dealt with several axes, including the dialectic of the old and modern Arabic criticism, that the critical criterion on which Ibin Qutaiba was based on this issue, the other axis dealt with the views of modern critics after they keep an eye on the critical effort to Ibin Qutaiba, diagnosing the problem of conflict, also providing a modern critical view in the consideration of the poetic text..
