Communicator’s Characteristics and Developmental Values in Children's Magazines: A Comparative Analytical Study of Al-Husseini Al-Sagheer and Al-Rayaheen

Abstract

This research discusses the problem of the communicator and the value frameworks presented in Al-Husane Al-Sagheer and Al-Rayaheen magazines, which are considered among the first publications issued by the holy religious shrines in Iraq, to ​​compare their characteristics and the developmental values ​​they provide. It is our responsibility to take care of it in order to create a peaceful generation because of its educational and moral contents after the need for it is greater than before amid the alienation and cultural alienation that is sweeping society in general and children and young people in particular and their follow-up to websites and their attachment to electronic games away from promoting interests in the field of reading and reading Which causes the deviation of values ​​as a whole. Based on that, the research answers the main question: What are the characteristics of the communicator and his value and development frameworks in the Al-Husane Al-Sagheer and Al-Rayaheenmagazines? Sub-questions stem from this: What is the type of journalistic arts for value frameworks? What are the characteristics of the communicator in terms of language, gender, geographical area, dress and quotes? What is the difference between areas of entertainment and methods of inviting children to participate and interact? What is the difference between the patterns of values ​​and areas of development in the two magazines, the field of research ?.

The research aims to identify the types of communication-based journalistic arts in terms of its language, type, geographical area, costume that embodies the characters, type of quotations, areas of entertainment, methods of participation and interaction, and value patterns. Via the content analysis tool. The research reached a set of results, the most important of which is the interest of Al-Rayaheen magazine in the art of the article and entertainment more than Al-Husanemagazine, the interest of Al-Rayaheen magazine in teaching the English language more than Al-HusaneAl-Saghir magazine. The one with the Arab-Islamic dress of Al-Husanemagazine, in contrast to the fact that the caller with the contemporary, the Bedouin and military uniforms topped the Al-Rayaheen magazine, and presided over the quotations for the Quranic verses and the hadiths of the Prophet in both magazines.
