Abstract
The legislative power, which is founded on the representation of its members to the desire of the people, is the closest authority to the people because it carries out its functions through these delegates. the power of the legislature's efficacy. The constitutions have granted a number of rights and privileges to the deputy so that he can perform his duties in the parliament. Once in the privilege of parliamentary immunity, and the legal framework it grants that allows the deputy to perform his work completely freely without interference from other parties. And again in granting him the parliamentary reward, to enable him to cover his expenses and keep him away from other sources of material influence. The representative belongs to the legislative authority, so he participates in exercising the competences of this authority, and his participation in the exercise of these competences is entrusted to the position of the constitution and what allows the representative to exercise certain competencies, whether individually or collectively, as these competencies may be individual. The deputy manages it by himself. In contrast, one constitution can only be used by a large number of deputies. The legislative and supervisory powers, which are two of the legislative authority's most significant responsibilities, beautifully illustrate the deputy's duty.
