Degree of School Discipline in the First Cycle of Basic Education from the Teachers’ Point of View in Schools of Aleppo City

Abstract
The aim of the research was to know the degree school discipline in schools of the first cycle of basic education from the teacher’s point of view in Aleppo city, The researcher followed the descriptive analytical approach, and the research tool was represented by a questionnaire prepared by the researcher consisting of (49) phrases distributed over three dimensions, and the questionnaire was applied to a sample consisting of (100) teachers from of the first cycle of basic education in Aleppo city, and The research results showed: the degree School Discipline in Schools of the First Cycle of Basic Education from The Teacher’s Point of view in Aleppo City was high, There are no statistically significant differences in the degree of school discipline of the First Cycle of Basic Education from The Teacher’s Point of view due to the variable of the teacher’s academic qualification, There are no statistically significant differences in the degree of school discipline of the First Cycle of Basic Education from The Teacher’s Point of view due to the variable of the years of teacher experience.
