Databases in a Digital Environment

Abstract

The research aims to identify what databases are jurisprudentially, as we have found that there are two trends in jurisprudence, the first direction is an expansion in the definition of databases, while the second direction has narrowed the definition of databases, as well as research in the definition of comparative legislation and international agreements concerned with digital works in general and in particular in the rules of Data In the second requirement, the characteristics of legal databases and the characteristics of technical databases were searched, and the research concluded that several results and recommendations were reached
