The Extent to which Primary School Teachers Practice Planning Sufficiency

Abstract
The research aims to identify the extent to which teachers of the first cycle of basic education practice planning sufficiency. The researcher used the descriptive analytical approach, and a questionnaire consisting of 14 paragraphs representing planning sufficiency was designed. The questionnaire was distributed to a sample of 150 male and female teachers of the first cycle of basic education in the schools of Aleppo city. The results showed that the extent to which teachers of the first cycle of basic education practice planning sufficiency is very high with an arithmetic mean of 3.33. The results also showed that there are no differences in the extent to which teachers of the first cycle of basic education practice planning sufficiency according to the variable of years of experience.
