This has led to the emergence of digital arbitration centers, which focus on resolving disputes between contracting parties using modern technologies tailored to their specific needs. The application of artificial intelligence (AI) technologies in international commercial arbitration is particularly relevant here, making it more suitable for dispute resolution. AI plays a crucial role in supporting and facilitating arbitration procedures, processing electronic data, and analyzing digital data related to the dispute. This, in turn, facilitates reaching an arbitration decision within a shorter timeframe.
