 Therefore, the legislator limited the criminalization to disclose the secrets he learned as a result of the exercise of jobs or professions, since it requires that there be a link between the secret and the direct occupation or profession, it is required to investigate the crime of disclosure that the secret has been revealed secrets required by the normal exercise of the job or profession, Thus, the preservation of the confidentiality of information about the seized items obtained from the exercise of the profession or profession is a moral duty dictated by the rules of public morality and required by the principles of honor and honesty, and the disclosure of any information about what was seized of things is an act not recognized by these rules of conduct By womb On the other hand, this obligation is also imposed by the duties of the job or profession, which is imposed on the person who has received any information by virtue of exercising his job or because of it to silence it, by looking at the file of the investigation or obtained in the ongoing investigations in the criminal case .
