Abstract

This research dealt with the issue of the legal rooting of the justice of narrators in the scale of the science of wound and modification based on the descriptive analytical method, which is a very important issue for preserving the Prophet's hadith from distortion by controlling the conditions of its narrators, in terms of documentation and weakening.  Justice is a condition for the acceptance of the narration and its validity according to the masses of scholars, because it is a faculty that obliges its owner to adhere to piety and avoid the forbidden.  the correct.  The second: It is concerned with investigating the narrators in the scale of the science of al-jarh and ta’deel, because there is no way to know the correct from the sick except by knowing this science, standing on the conditions of its men and investigating its narrators.  The third: It is concerned with revealing the legal basis for considering the justice in the narrators, which is the identification and confirmation, and the fourth topic: sheds light on the reality of the justice of the narrators, in terms of its definition and mention of its five conditions, and the things that prove this justice, it was either extensively or it had to be two rates,  Because the methods of the hadiths in al-jarh are more severe than in the modification, then we concluded it with the most important results, including: The science of Jarh and Tadheel is one of the most accurate and longest sciences, by which the conditions of narrators are known.  Because it is a condition for accepting the narration and its validity, so the most important conclusions of this research are: The controls of wounding and modification in judging the fairness of the narrators need the researcher to deliberate and reflect on the sayings of the scholars of the wound and the amendment in order to crystallize and formulate them in an elaborate modern formulation.
