Abstract

The curriculum was adopted and applied research using behavioral entrance through research variables, such as Jop burnout independent variable psychological dimensions (exhaustion, Lack of Humanity and personal achievement) and changing of the coherence of the workgroup (membership of the group, the dimensions and impact, positive Team Spirit) was linked to a major assumption that there is a statistically significant correlation between the independent variable combustion career, they have been rightly.
